Event 1. K-16 Olympic Weightlifting 101

 

Olympic weightlifting is one of the best ways to increase muscle power and strength, coordination, and flexibility. There are two official Olympic weightlifting disciplines; the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch. Both moves involve lifting a weight from the floor to above the head, albeit with very different techniques. Learn the Clean and Jerk, Snatch, and the Push Press from a Certified Coach, using proven methodology, on weekdays and weekends starting Spring 2024.
Registration is limited to 10 participants on a first come, first served basis.

Wednesday, 3 & 17 April, 3 - 4:30 pm
Saturday, 6 & 20 April, 10:30 am - 12 pm

    - M.A. in Therapeutic Biomechanics
    - Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach & Foundation of Lifting Coach by NSCA
