CYS Community Library

This library is designed for children from 6 weeks to 18 years old, and is open for all families in Yongsan. 
Hours of Operation
Mon-Fri, 2 - 5 pm (3 Hours Per Day & Reservation Basis)
Storytelling: Mondays, 10 - 11:30 am.

Registration for CDC Full Day and SAC After School Care for all children, ages from 6 months to 5th grader, are available now on  Please register for your children today!
We offer outreach programs such as School Age Afterschool Sports, Teen Babysitter training, and Parent Training in the community.  Please call and find out what is available for each month.

Child Development and School Age Center

The CDC facility provides services for children from 6 weeks to School Age and is open from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday (except Federal Holidays). 
Services provided include full-day care and hourly care. Hourly care services are limited throughout the work day Monday through Friday. 
Hourly orientations can be made through Parent Central. After the orientation, please call the CDC from 9 am - 4 pm to make a reservation for up to a week out. Space is available for most age groups at the CDC. 
If you are interested in care at any CDC or SAC in the U.S. Army you must register on in order to indicate your interest and begin the initial process.

Striving for Improvement

Yongsan Child Development Center is a customer-oriented organization that is constantly striving to improve its service therefore, your comments and suggestions are always welcome. In the event that a situation cannot be resolved by the respective desk clerk on duty, we encourage you to elevate the issue to management.

In addition, the Interactive Customer Evaluation Service (ICE) is also available to all our customers to complement our services or recommend improvements.
